The Party on High St. is the funkified creative energy and collabrative magic shared between three friends on a quest for groovy fresh musical good times. With similar tastes for jamming, improvisation and mid-song funk-downs, founding memebers Brin and T-rav have conjured up an original combination of psychedelic funk-rock and refreshing anything-goes songwriting. The Party's songs of peculiar life-experiences, travel and the far-out are vibrant palettes of musical color in which the band paints a familiar but refreshing picture for their listeners every time the they step on stage.

Over the past three years Brin and T-rav have guided the band through many unique line-up changes and have collabrated with dozens of kootenay musicians under the name The Party on High Street. Now Brin and T-rav have ventured back to the west coast and have settled in Victoria B.C. Long time band-mate of Brin's, Nick, has joined joined the band on drums to complete the first island incarnation of the new psychedelic jam-out Party on High St.

The Party in currently rocking the Victoria music scene in support of their new 15 track album titled "Everyday!!!". The High St. album one year in the making. Featuring the the songwriting talents of Brin and Travis as well as past party members Alyssa Klazek, Malik Mourah and Johnathan Deon. This album splashed the many vibrant, melodic and rhymical colors of funk-rock, reggae, hip-hop, electro, psychedelia and classical into your ears and takes you from the bubbling lush reality of the consicousness into the blurred visions of the unknown and far out! A real artistic album where every song is different and there's something for everyone.

The Party just completed a month long tour of B.C. supporting their brand new tour EP ''Anywhere!". The Party are continuing to write new material for another full legnth album, with recording starting in September.
